Job Description We are seeking passionate and dedicated Casual Educator to join our team in Brookfield and Chapel Hill Queensland, working with children in our after-school care programs. This casual position offers flexible hours across various services. About the Role As part of a collaborative team of Educators, you will assist with the daily operation of the service and provide engaging programs for our primary-age children. Your key responsibilities will include: Leading engaging, child-centered programs filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts – whatever sparks the children's curiosity! Building strong, positive relationships with children, families, schools, and the broader community. Collaborating with a skilled team of Educators on-site. Who We’re Looking For While we’re happy to provide training and guidance in the role and sector, here are a few qualities we’re looking for: A genuine love for working with children. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. A team player with aspirations to take on leadership opportunities. Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!) and a state working-with-children check. Must have valid Australian work rights. A relevant Diploma-level qualification in children’s services, or be in the process of completing one (per ACECQA guidelines).
